So lately everyone’s been asking about my ass.

Rather than just keep answering “Squats!” like everyone always says I thought I’d give everyone a taste of what I actually did. You can and should add weights to these moves when you get to that point.

All of these moves target your glutes, so get workin if you want dat ass!

is this real?

Lmao, yes my ass is real.

Crispy Kale Chips with Lemon and Parmesan - Kale chips, or kale leaves coated with olive oil and slow-baked until shatteringly crisp, are often called “kale crack” because they’re so addictive. It’s surprising but true — I have admittedly polished off an entire sheet pan by myself just standing at the stove (which is clearly why I cannot allow myself even one single potato chip). But, thankfully, kale is one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet so we can all indulge guilt-free. It has more nutritional value, higher levels of antioxidants and fewer calories than almost any other food around. In this recipe, I’ve topped the earthy leaves with nutty Parmesan, salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Recipe

yciuj asked: Hi Yasmeen, you mentioned that you sugar your body hair. An Arabic woman did that to my arms and legs once, but I forgot how to make that sugar dough. What's your recipe?

Sure. Watch this video it’s pretty straight forward showing you exactly what to do. And because the ingredients are in arabic: juice of one lemon, 3 cups sugar, 11/4 cup water.

So I searched all over the web for a good enough video to show the technique of how to do this. Here’s a link to one I think comes closest to getting it right. Most of the ones I saw are too gentle. You gotta be fast and vigorous with this shit.
